This Privacy Policy explains how Douloi Inc. d.b.a. Scalable Websites ("Scalable Websites," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit scalablewebsites.com (the "Site"), contact us, or communicate with us by phone, text message, chat, or email. By using the Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form, book a consultation, use our chat, call us, or text us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, website address, and the details of your message or request.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information, including your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the page that referred you, the date and time of your visit, and, if you arrived from an online ad, the ad click identifier (for example, a Google Ads click ID).
Phone call information. We use call tracking to understand which marketing brought you to us. Visitors may see a different phone number on the Site depending on how they found us. When you call one of these numbers, we receive information about the call, such as your phone number, the date, time, and length of the call, and the marketing source of your visit. Calls to the tracking numbers shown to visitors who arrive from our online ads may be recorded for quality, training, and advertising measurement purposes; where required by law, you will be notified at the start of the call. Other calls are not recorded.
2. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, measure how it is used, and measure our advertising. These include:
- Analytics and advertising (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads): to understand how visitors use the Site and measure the results of our ads.
- Advertising (Meta Pixel): to measure the results of our Facebook and Instagram ads and show our ads to people who have visited the Site.
- Call tracking (CallTrackingMetrics): to show the right tracking phone number for your visit and connect calls to the marketing source that brought you to the Site.
- Chat, forms, and reviews (HighLevel / LeadConnector): to power our website chat, contact and booking forms, and the reviews shown on the Site.
- Security and performance (Cloudflare): to protect the Site from abuse and deliver it quickly.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the Site may not work properly without them. You can learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and control ad personalization at adssettings.google.com. You can manage how Meta uses information for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to your inquiries, schedule and hold consultations, and provide our services;
- send you information you request, appointment reminders, and service-related messages;
- send marketing communications where you have agreed to receive them (you can opt out at any time);
- understand and improve the Site, our services, and our advertising;
- prevent fraud, spam, and abuse, and keep the Site secure; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
4. Text Messaging (SMS)
If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages from Scalable Websites, we may send you messages about your inquiry, consultation, appointments, account, and services, and, if you opted in to them, marketing messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver messages on our behalf (such as our messaging platform and wireless carriers).
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
- With service providers that help us run our business and the Site, such as website hosting (DigitalOcean), content delivery and security (Cloudflare), our CRM, forms, chat, and messaging platform (HighLevel / LeadConnector), call tracking (CallTrackingMetrics), and analytics and advertising (Google and Meta). These providers may use the information only to provide services to us.
- For legal reasons, when we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or is necessary to protect our rights, our users, or others.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case your information may be transferred to the new owner under this policy.
- With your consent, or at your direction.
6. Embedded Content
Some pages include content from other services, such as our customer reviews and contact forms. These services may collect information about your visit as if you had visited them directly, under their own privacy policies.
7. How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, such as while we are communicating with you or providing services, and as required for legal, accounting, or security reasons. When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymize it.
8. How We Protect Information
The Site is served only over encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and we use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You will not be treated differently for making a request.
10. Websites We Build for Clients
This policy covers scalablewebsites.com and our own communications. We process that information on our clients' behalf to provide our services.
